Our 2024 Vivace is a bottle fermented sparkling rosé made from a co-fermented blend of Estate Nebbiolo and Chardonnay.
It is pale salmon pink in colour displaying aromas of fresh strawberries and brioche, followed by flavours of red currants and blood orange.
