Our 2023 Vivace is a bottle fermented sparkling rosé made from 100% estate grown Nebbiolo.

It is light salmon pink in colour and displays aromas of strawberries and brioche. On the palate are flavours of fresh cranberries and blood orange with a lovely fine bead.
