Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

All orders are dispatched from our vineyard and shipped via trusted courier services.

Deliveries typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
Delivery Requirements

By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

A person over the age of 18 must be present to accept delivery. If no one is available, the courier may leave a calling card for re-delivery or collection.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to liquor licensing laws.
Returns & Refunds

We take great care in ensuring your wine reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at enquiries@mounttowrong.com.au

Damaged or faulty products: If your wine arrives broken or compromised, we will replace the product or issue a refund upon confirmation of damage. Please provide a photo of the affected items.

Incorrect orders: If you receive the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send the correct items as soon as possible.

Change of mind: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
