  5. Next allocation arrives – Your following 12-bottle deliveries land every six months after sign-up.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Memberships are ongoing and automatically renewed unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Pause, cancell and recommence your subscription at any time by contacting us or logging in to your subscriber account.

  • Wine selections are curated by our team, ensuring you receive a seasonal mix of estate and regional wines.

  • Members must be 18 years or older and reside in Australia.

  • Shipping address updates must be provided before each allocation to avoid additional shipping charges.

  • If a bottle arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
