Ribolla Gialla is a white grape variety native to Friuli, Northern Italy. Grown in the ancient Cambrian soil of Heathcote, made as an orange wine, spending 4 weeks on skins before being pressed off to stainless steel tanks.

Deep gold in colour with an orange hue, with aromas of nashi pears and vanilla, followed by flavours of apricots and honeydew melon, finishing with bright acidity and gentle saline notes.
