Grillo is a white grape variety native to the island of Sicily. This is the first release of Grillo for Mount Towrong Vineyard. It has aromas of papaya, guava & honeydew melon. On the palate, it shows flavours of golden peach & saltbush, finishing with a fresh, clean minerality.

Our 2023 Estate Chardonnay was fermented in French oak then transferred to stainless steel tanks for 9 months. With 12 months bottle maturation this wine displays aromas of white nectarine and lime zest followed by flavours of honeydew melon finishing with texture and great natural acidity.
The Giovanni is a co-fermented blend of Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo. This current expression is 10% Pinot Noir that is estate grown on sandy clay-loam soils and 90% Nebbiolo sourced from vines grown in Heathcote coming off ancient Cambrian soils. Our 2023 Vivace is a bottle fermented sparkling rosé made from 100% estate grown Nebbiolo. It is light salmon pink in colour and displays aromas of strawberries and brioche. On the palate are flavours of fresh cranberries and blood orange with a lovely fine bead.
Lagrein is a red grape variety native to South Tyrol, Italy. Our 2024 Lagrein is deep ruby in colour with aromas of blood plums & vanilla. Followed by flavours of dark cherry & chocolate finishing with silky tannins.
