Our 2020 Sangiovese was fermented with 80% whole berries spending 30 days on skins. It then spent 6 months in old Hungarian oak hogsheads. No fining or filtration with minimal sulphur added.

Our 2020 Sangiovese is crimson red in colour with aromas of fresh raspberries and liquorice. Fine dusty tannins with crunchy acidity make this the perfect lunch wine
