It has been a whirlwind couple of months! We had an exciting return to "normal" life before the state went back into varying stages of lockdown.
We have been overwhelmed by the ongoing love and support received from our customers throughout all of this. We would like to extent a big thank you to everyone for continuing to support small local businesses.
So, what's been happening?
Since Victoria moved back into Stage 3 we've returned to our takeaway-only format. We've had a range of hearty meals on our menu such as Chicken Cacciatore, Beef Ragu, and Pesto Casarecce. Recently we introduced our take-home packs which include a three course dinner for two and a bottle of Negroamaro or Fiano. You can order our food packs any time online, or you can give Jo a call on 0488 155 088. At this stage we are offering pick up only at the Cellar Door between 10am and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

New Covid19 restrictions bring with it new ways of serving you at our Cellar Door. Our Covid Safe Plan has been implemented and continues to be adapted as the situation evolves.
We have missed seeing our friends from Metropolitan Melbourne (and interstate) and look forward to being able to welcome you back once restrictions are eased! In the meantime we hope you have been enjoying our wines by ordering online and having our Cellar Door come to you.
An enormous thank you to the local Macedon Ranges community for continuing to support us. Being able to continue to serve you through our take away offerings has meant that our weekends have been filled with many brief conversations and warm welcomes to help keep everyone connected.
Wine time!
The new season is around the corner with budburst expected in three weeks time. It will be the first time in many years that we will be starting the season with a full tank of gas....gas being water!
We have also been busy pruning the new plantings of Prosecco and Pinot Bianco getting them ready for their second summer.
The 2019 Negroamaro is not far off selling out. It is a super fresh, vibrant and aromatic red with aromas and flavours of musk and turkish delight. The perfect wine to have with woodfired pizza or cured meats.
August also saw the release of our wine gift packs! We put together these wine packs to make it simple for you to chose the perfect wine gift for a special friend, or for yourself - you know, treat yourself!
Our 14 bottles to the dozen deal remains in place at the Cellar Door.
