Spring has Sprung! or has it? It has been the wettest start to the growing season in close to a decade with some glimpses of warm weather and even humidity. The vines are happy as long as this rain eases off!
We are very excited to announce a few new releases coming this spring
Our 2020 Sangiovese will be released in mid November. This little hero had 30 days on skins and has been made with no fining or filtration and minimal sulphide additions. Expect a wine with aromas of raspberries and liquorice with fine dusty tannins and great natural acidity.
We are also very excited to be releasing the 2020 Nebbiolo Rosa. This wine was fermented in Hungarian oak hogsheads and again made with no fining or filtration with only minimal sulphide additions. The Nebbiolo Rosa is lovely and dry and will go fantastically with many of the spring dishes at the cellar door!
The long wait is over, our Prosecco is back! Our 2019 Estate Prosecco was released at the Cellar Door last weekend. We will be keeping this one as a Cellar door exclusive wine due to small production.
We hope to see you all soon!
